Fall Flowering perennial.  Succulent plant that is fall flowering and attracts bees and butterflies.  Good fall nectar source for bees.

Walking Onion

Top-setting Onion, also called Egyptian Walking Onions are delicious.  Choice edible onion and a good taste.  Great cooked or eaten fresh, can be used as green onions.  Be sure to save some since they can be overwintered even in cold climates.  The bulbs spring back to life after a cold winter.   These plants  and provide top-sets that can be surface planted to provide more plants for the following year.

Mint

Mint, Cold Tolerant.  Comes back from roots in spring every year.
Feed with top-dress of compost after harvesting leaves and flowers.
Plant in container or sectioned raised bed to prevent it from invading the garden.  Remember roots will live on in the soil and this plant can propagate through root division.
