Q:  What is your favorite medium in art?  Why?
A:  I enjoy sketch-work and all mediums.  The past few years I improved my acrylic painting and I still enjoy painting archival acrylics.  I enjoy the look of the paint and the fact it is easy to work with and dries quickly.  At the moment I am and am getting into commissioned oil paintings due to the high demand for them.  I have also worked with marker, pencil, ink, stampings, ceramics, wood, metal, and glass.

Q:  How do you define yourself as an emerging commercial artist in terms of client relationships?
A:  Your business is very important to me.  I am starting out and want to make your experience as smooth as possible.  I do sell artwork, commissions, and services.  I am working hard to attract more clients.  Each and every client and their experience is important to me.  I am looking to manage a life-long art relationship with all my clients.  I feel I can never share enough of my artwork and I am grateful to be able to do so.

Q:  I saw you selling art on the street-corner and at a live painting event.  I think your art is pretty cool.  Can you let me know when your next event will be where I can see your art and meet you?
A:  Most of my public art displays are impromptu.  Some are scheduled live painting events.  I don’t typically advertise them myself.  I do live painting events.  You can contact me to discuss live painting opportunities.  I like meeting fans and seeing reactions to my artwork.

Q:  I know your original artwork is pretty expensive, how can I buy sketches on paper or prints?
A:  I sell prints of photography at this time.  I can negotiate selling individual signed prints of artwork.  I do love original artwork and sharing original artwork with my buyers.  Contact me to see what I have, talk to me, take a look at some of my work.  Some of it is on the website.  And let me know your needs and your budget so we can work on something for you.  I do have infrequent promotional artwork that is sold.  Often smaller items.  Right now I am offering prints of some of my photography.  If you would like a commission, even a smaller commission we can discuss that.  If you would like an original oil painting as well as a set of matching prints that can be arranged.  Don’t hesitate to reach out to me.

Q:  I saw some other artists on your website.  I’m interested in buying art from them and other Chicago artists you know.
A:  I am a good point of contact.  Tell me what you are interested in or if you would like a commission from one of the artists featured on my website that I work with closely.  I hold a high opinion of Jason, Vincent, and Naqee and their artwork is valuable and a good investment in my opinion.  Right now Vincent has a good oil painting for sale, Jason is an amazing opportunity for investors, and Naqee’s career is tracking closely to other modern masters.  If you are an art investor looking to diversify your art portfolio with Modern Chicago Masters I am a good point of contact to discuss.  I work with many Chicago based artists and am a fixture in the gallery and art scene in Chicago.
