A low flat global intercontinental trade tariff could be had instead of continuing conflict and injustices. An intercontinental only trade tarriff of 7.86% would actually lead to efficiencies instead of inefficiencies and would not impact shipping costs as long as we can also…. 1.) Have a global peace where all individuals globally have equivalent and fair rights. 2.) Export peace and exceptionalism not death and destruction. 3.) End Genocide, End Aparthied, and End Slavery here and abroad. 4.) Work with everyone to transform from type 0 to type 1 society for dissemination of [energy technologies]. 5.) This allows for fairness, localization, globalism, fair exchange, fair trade, a global society based on individual granularity, transparency as appropriate, and caring for your fellow man, woman, and child.
This is good for business, trade, existing steakholders, existing power structures, and all individuals worldwide. This allows for the sanctity of life and ending death, destruction, and wars.

Dare we ask questions like this?
What does a world at peace look like?
Can we turn the dangers of technology towards peaceful legal moral and ethical uses instead?
What does it look like with AI when we optimize for peace?
Is there global minimum income, is there global minimum service requirement, is there a home for everyone, is there a right to peace, how are militaries repurposed to peacetime needs, is there a peacetime military force used to combat homelessness, hunger, and build communities on a global scale?
How do we negotiate and diffuse tensions worldwide to create a meaningful lasting peace and a renewal of peace?
Can we use the abundance we have to recognize, revere, and appreciate the sanctity of human life?
Let us all ‘Be Better’ like Melania says. How can we diffuse tensions across the world and deploy for growth and preservation of life instead of death and destruction?
What does Peace look like in your part of the global village?
How do we transition to a long period of peace?
Do food and beverages need to be labeled if they have artificial chemicals that could cause cancer? Thoughts?
“Seeing in the Dark”
Many animals can see in the dark or twilight situation. Some animals see via echolocation in complete darkness such as what is found in caves. Some animals adapt to seeing in near dark environments. Night vision as it is called can often be interrupted by bright lights in biological human night vision. Night driving is an important skill. The variation in headlight technology often exacerbates this problem.
Technology also took a turn with the photodetector, transistor, and other transformative technologies of the time period where this technology was in it’s infancy.

“Plasma Physics”
For too long this field of study has been misapplied. There are safe solutions for energy plasmas at hand that can be had. Plasma physics often involves understanding both ourselves, the universe, and every material and condition that exists between or around the two. Plasma physicists are not engineers, Engineers are not chemists, Chemists are not Material Scientists, Material Scientists are not Process Observers. Often it seems one needs to be an Physicist, Engineer, Chemist, Biologist, Medical Professional, Ethicist, Philosopher, Artist, Material Scientist, and Process Observer all in one to make any progress in the field. Also there seemed to be a bit of misinformation in the field.
